Prom. It's talk-about-prom time. I'm just a freshman, but I'll talk about prom, too. I feel bad. I know this guy who is in my band class. He's nice, but he's not going to prom. Yeah, he's not a looker, but he doesn't even have a girl-nerd friend to go with. I feel for those who don't have anybody to go to prom with. Really, I do. I can't say that I know what it feels like, but to be deprived of having your prom with somebody is just not happy. High School will be the best years of my life. I am maturing into who I am going to be for the rest of my life, but I don't gotta pay rent. If you don't have a date to the prom, or you're just waiting for that somebody to ask you.. GET OFF YOUR ASS AND GO ASK THEM. I don't think that anybody should skip out on prom whether you weren't asked or didn't go ask somebody. If you tried getting a date and failed, hey, GO ANYWAYS. You can ask somebody to dance while you're there, and if you don't want to dance [or are rejected -crycry-], you're still hanging out with your friends.
