I'm not al sentimental about Yankee stadium but i know how you feel I got more then a little depressed them they started tearing down Tigers Stadium earlier this year.
Both the Tigs and The Yanks are not going to the post-season.

Oh, there were actual, serious tears at some points.  Man.  I still get sad thinking about it.  I was so sad when Mattingly wasn't there.  I know he's all workin' for the Dodgers and probably sore Girardi won the spot,  but they said they had a big treat for the fans, and I was convinced it was Donny coming, and then he wasn't there, and I was so sad.  Bernie was there, though, and I was clapping so hard for him my hands turned red (of course, I had clapped for everyone prior to him, which didn't help/hurt).  He got a 3-or-4 minute standing O, and he deserved every second of it.

And EXCUSE ME, the Yankees are toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooootally going to the post season!!!!  We just gotta win all 6 of our next 6 games ...  WHICH WE CAN TOTALLY DO!  So... keep thinkin' positive for the Pinstripers.  I can't have 'no' in my heart.
