If I were the craftier sort, and actually knew how to sew, I'd be all over these embroidery patterns from Sublime Stitching...they feature nifty designs such as tattoo art inspired hearts and daggers rather than those creepy "hearts and country geese" motifs.  I'm also especially fond of the pattern with the Dia de los Muertos theme, so appropriate for this time of year. :)

Ha, I'm not surprised that you already knew about this. I can't remember where I first saw it, it may also have been Bust or another women's magazine. I've had it bookmarked forever, I really should take the plunge! I don't think I saw the Day of the Dead stuff before...isn't it awesome?

I am pretty hopeless when it comes to things domestic.

I always ask Robert to help me with missing buttons because I really don't know how to deal with them. I even considered getting the BUTTONEER!
