One to rent is Raving Rabbits. Not worth a full purchase but very fun with the Wii-mote. Twilight Princess is a great game. It's a Zelda game.
You would get a kick out of Okami. It's a game where you play as a special white wolf with the ability to use the Celestial Brush and paint onto reality.

Thank you! Hmm, several people outside of Mindsay have recommended Raving Rabbids and the Zelda game too...so will have to take a look at those! And I didn't know about Okani...just looked it up online and it sounds interesting...the Celestial Brush feature especially. Again, thanks for the recs! I appreciate it. With games being pricey a lot of the time, it's nice to get a review from someone who's already tried them out.

lol...I got stuck on the bowling game too. I haven't made a purchase of the second game but the guys at my job love Mario Smash Bros. and Mario Galaxy. They have been trying to talk me into getting it too.
Cool, thanks for the rec! Funny, I've suddenly had the desire to go bowling in the real world...wonder if Wii bowling improves the real world game?

Progressing, but I'm kinda stuck. I have to try and figure out the right times to do things. It is a tad addicting but not quite like the other games I've played like Animal Crossing and Pokemon.
We've been playing a crapload of Mario Kart -- so much fun! I also have been playing a game called Pet Catz, which is a kids' game but which Eric bought for me because I'm always threatening to dress up our cats, and he figured that doing so virtually might help channel my urges.
Smooth Moves is another fun one. Ooh, and Mario and Sonic at the Olympics. I wasn't very impressed with the Simpsons Wii game. We've been trying to track down the Fit -- it sounds like a lot of fun!

Funny about the Pet Catz! I remember I had considered getting the diversion for DS just because the cat in the frog hat on the back cover made me laugh so much.
Thanks for the recs and feedback!
