Dear Diary,

I think that after "the rare political entry", it is time to move on to "more personal stuff". I was talking on the phone with my mom a few days ago, when I realized she has hard time "VISUALIZING" me in the "desert context". She said, "I don't even know what you look like these days...you have probably lost weight...and I don't know what you get to see when you go to work every morning". I thought that she was definitely right, and I decided to do something about it... so I asked a friend to "STALK" me with a camera and take a few snapshots when I wasn't aware of it....THIS IS THE RESULT:

Here's the entrance to the Education Center during a SANDSTORM. I walk through that door every morning at 7:45...

This is a pic of me at work. I am joking as usual...and now you know that I use a chair as a doorstop...

This is me reprimanding Tiffany because she told me there was a huge grasshopper behind me, and I totally FREAKED OUT; we crack each other up all day, that's how we pass the time...

The following pic reminds me of TV SHOWS from the 70s... "The A-Team"..."Antonio's Angels"...

Take a look at my face now; it is like I am thinking, "These guys are serious when they say there's NO WINE here"...hehe....KIDDING, I don't miss wine that much...ahem...I don't know, I am not really sure...

At a certain point, we set the table ON FIRE

I hope you like my "scrapbook". I am having fun. I enjoy living in a multicultural environment. I am going to the beach this coming weekend...and I am going to play soccer with Ukrainian friends...and we will have a cook out afterwards...more to come...

PS. I just read something on a bathroom wall: CHUCK NORRIS SLEEPS WITH A TEDDY BEAR NAMED MR. CUDDLES. MR. CUDDLES HAS 13 CONFIRMED KILLS!

Thank your mum for me for prompting you to do this. I think it's great. And Antonio's Angels looks FAR better than Charlie's Angels!

Hehe...thank you! As you see, I am trying to stay out of trouble while having a fair share of fun!!

Antonio's Angels are very nice to me, and we are like family because we spend more than 70 hours a week together.

Teaching classes over here is the most gratifying thing; all of my students gave me a hug on the last day of Term 3 (two weeks ago). They all said they loved my class, and they loved ME (even those who didn't get a very good grade)...it was a beautiful moment...just AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Most of them signed up for my classes in Term 4...those who left added me as a friend on Facebook!!

I miss my family and friends (...but I'll hug them again in 8 weeks)...and I guess I miss my wine...but the Lawons sent me "unchristian amounts" of Apple Cider...and I LOOOOOOVE apple cider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
