Some people just cant seem to live without me updating my blog. LOL. I am such a busy person and I had one hell of a day today and I am not too happy with it. I signed myself up to be a guinea pig for this study on bipolar disorder. So I made my appointment at 4:30 and I left my job early came home and showered. Left my house at 3pm and made my way. I realized I didn't have money for the sawgrass expressway and I live right by it. So I had to haul ass down oakland park blvd. So I am on my way down Oakland and I ask my friend where the 45 street exit is and she is like it is two exits after Okechobee road...so I almost had a heart attack cause I wouldn't be able to make it in time to my appointment. So here it is about 4pm...and I am near Boca...traffic was slightly heavy all except for the HOV lane. So I pull into that lane for a few moments to get ahead of somebody...now I think would be a good time to mention I am alone in the car. So no sooner do I get back in the regular lane a cop pulls up on my ass and pulls me over. So I calmly apologize and tell him my reasons for my actions and he was just like License and Registration. So the prick gives me a ticket for 81 dollars. After he handed it to me I thanked him for serving and protecting. And to top it all off, I missed the appointment and had to reschedule. So I missed 3 hours from work to spend 81 dollars on a ticket because some asshole cop decided to be just that, an asshole. Some people have no compassion. I could do the usual thing and bitch that he singled me out for one of two reasons. I am white and he was black so I could scream racism, but we all know only the blacks can get away with that. Or I could say they descriminate me because my car is red and lowered with wheels and exhaust. So they automatically assume I am one of these punk kids that races everywhere. You know the type. You usually see them with their windows down, one hand on the steering wheel, the other hanging out the window. While they lean out the window with a smile on their face so you can see the gold teeth. I have gotten off on a tangent. I believe it was Jack Nicholson in a film called As Good As It Gets who said, "This day... has been a disaster." And to quote even another Jack Nicholson movie The Shining, "Truer words were never spoken." And, yes, before you ask, not that you will. I am a walking encyclopedia of movie lines.
