I woke up late night freezing my arse. I have the usual sheets and blanket on my bed, but on top of that, I have a huge heavy wool blanket that should keep me warm under most circumstances. But last night, I woke up and was cold cold cold. I couldn't imagine what maniac would turn off the heat to where it would be so damn cold! I curled up into a ball to keep warm and eventually fell back to sleep. When I woke up this morning, I went to have a stand at the window (I like doing that, dunno why) and noticed frost on the bare trees across the lot. My mom came up behind me and told me that it snowed last night! She said it wasn't much and obviously most of it had melted, but that explains my frozen arse.

In other news, I tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich this morning. Never again! My grandma always would make us tomato soup and grilled cheese. My mom had bought some tomato soup and I simply could not eat it without a grilled cheese sandwhich, so I set out to make one. Didn't work, at all. After I had completely ruined it and gotten really aggrivated, I called my little sister who is the Grilled Cheese Master into the kitchen and said, "Julia, help me! I hate grilled cheese! I never want to see another grilled cheese again! How do you do it?! How do you do it?!" She walked up to the stove and looked at the pan and busted up laughing. I had to start laughing, too, because it was just a totaly wreck. She said, "What did you do?! Oh my god, what happened?! Olivia! What did you do?!" We both couldn't stop laughing.
But yeah, grilled cheese is not my forte. I did eat the damn thing, even though you couldn't really tell what it was, but it wasn't very tastey. I like it with tomatos n stuff but we had none. Better luck next time! If there is one.

Computer should be here today.
I think I've decided to move my room around again. It's gotten boring. I've decided to remove the box spring from under my matress and just have my mattress on the floor. People usually do that with futons, but we dont' have a futon anymore, so hopefully no one will really know the difference. I'll get/make a bunch of pillows and throw them against the back of the mattress and my room will be more chill and kickback than ever!
I just can't stand it like this anymore. It's gotten too boring. I used to change things around about once a month. It's been the same way basically since we moved in. I think I moved it all around once, then I moved my desk about 2 months ago, but that's it. I need a total chance of everything now.

If you dont have tomatoe try horseradish on it.

Shrimpsauce which mixes tomatoe and horseradish is really good.

Toaster ovens make the dryest less fattening Grilled Cheese.

And I am pissed. here I am in Ontario with no snow and frost and you have frost where you are.

Hmmm, horseradish. I've actually never tried it. I suppose I should.

Ah, and do you know where I am? The Las Vegas DESERT! How crazy is that? We usually get about 1 or 2 days of a bit of snow a year, though. I'm glad for it. I hope you get your share soon!

Thats why I responded that way I knew you were from there.  Do you go to the mountains near there much. If I ever won a trip there I would see Cirque de Soleil andf then head for the mountains and forget the other things that make Vegas famous. I bet there are some nice museums there too and maybe even some nature or is it all glitz?

There is Mt. Charleston, but I've not been there. My favourite thing about living here is Red Rock Canyon. We live about 10 minutes away and it's just beautiful. I actually have some pictures from when we went hiking there a few weeks back. Did you see that post? I tried looking for it in my archives right now in case you didn't catch it, but can't seem to find it. Anyway, they just opened the Body Museum which is really interesting. I've not had a chance to go down there, but I hear from everyone that as long as you're not creeped out by that kidn of thing, it's very neat. It's a display of the human body, parts of it, but they are real bodies, not maniquins or anything fake. Lots of snow on the mountains now. Looks beautiful. I can't wait to be able to make a trip up there.
