Now you have me thinking what little illistrations I could draw to go with it, for a wee children's book or something!

When we were toilet training Melanie all those years ago we would read to her while she sat on potty. She used to fake having to go in order to have more read to her.

One step sadder, I recently saw a little girl reading my favorite book of 3rd grade, Caddie Woodlawn (excellent book about life basically on the prairie if you are looking for some young reads
), and I COULD NOT place the fact that I did indeed know the book she was holding...because her copy was normal shaped.
I want to re-read that story now.
