awesome. i think it's because of all the hype surrounding it about the gore, too. people who aren't normally into those kinds of movies want to see how bad it really is. it can't be worse that "Ichi the Killer", lol.

lol, yeah. i heard that shit, too, and if it's as bad as i've heard it was then that makes sense. Americans as a whole don't have nearly as strong of a stomach as they think they do. here, this is a German trailer for Hostel, and on this site you can see on the right that there are some movie posters for this movie from different countries, too. they're very different than the ones here. you may also notice in this trailer that there are scenes in the american trailer where the blood is digitally edited to be brown or black so it looks like there are dirt or shadows in the scene and not actual blood. what do ya think?

lol, yeah. it's not that great, although it wasn't as bad as me and my friends thought it was, which is why we rented it in the first place. it has a good end.

these two friends go to college and one's a virgin. (i'm not sure about the other.) they see these really hot chiks and of course try to be nice to them cuz they want them, and it turns out that the girls are part of this fraternity and all the girls in the fraternity are really a dying species of alien that needs to collect male DNA to keep the species going. however, for some reason, whenever they have sex with a guy, he dies. everything just kind of goes from there. it was kinda fun, actually.
