Don't feel bad, mine's about the same age... I've been running in Safe Mode most of the year and as a Guest for about 4 months... Ya'd think I'd end putting up with the BS and put the brand new PC that's been sitting in the box for 4 months in service...  Naaa, too easy!

months ago.

I've had one from Sam's ($200.00) for a couple of years.

It's got all my MP3 (9K files), docs, videos & pics on it.

So far I've only managed to use 10%.

yeah the external is on my wishlist   curtis has one set up on his and i have a lot of my pics on it plus cds which i know dont last so we been converting them to his

they have come down in price which is a good thing :0)

you know, most things like pics and stuff can be easily "zipped" up and emailed to yourself..so you have a permanent pic back up right there in your email

the only thing of any real value in my machine are my pics

grins... yeah ive been doing that too on a lot of my pics lol

. but on the laptop it wont even connect now or burn a cd so thats  why we was doing a  memory stick till we could get it on curtis external
