It's great to see that your talents extend beyond just the outdoors.  It hadn't even crossed my mind that you'd try these kinds of shots.  My taste in photos has always run towards this type, but I love the other stuff you do.  I look forward to adding some shots like these to my collection someday.

Thanks   I've been planning to shoot a few of the gears since I was at the mountain bike race a couple weeks ago.  I wanted to get a shot of a set that had just been cleaned and tuned-up rather than mine that are full of crud... but I kinda like the character the dirt added.
