I've decided to make some changes diet and exercise wise. I am going to start watching what I eat, making sure I eat healtheir foods and resist the sweets. I am also going to change my exercise/activity level. I don't have an exercise routine but I plan to make one. Hopefully today, we can go to Ray's house and we can pick up the workout bench set in his garage. It will probably take about a week to figure out an exact routine to do daily... stretches/warm-up exercises, cardio, muscle building, cool-down exercises. Wish me luck!.
