Ooh - Bill, me and Evie dipped into Wyoming a bit this summer while visiting Yellowstone! Definitely no snow then - it was the beginning of July! heehee!

It's pix like that that make me glad I'm taking my first winter off after 12 years of running I-80 storms.
And it makes me wonder, why, in the year 2007, has no truck manufacturer come up with windshield or windshield wiper with an embedded heating element to prevent icing on the blade? It's criminal that we have to roll down the highway in icy conditions trying to lean out the driver's window in 10 degree temps to manually 'flop' the wiper to knock off ice.

I couldn't agree more. I've seen by your blogs that you're enjoying your time off. I think we are going to be due some extra "off duty" time soon. Especially if we have much more trips like this one.
