Sydney was fantastic!

We had a few hassles sorting out accomodation and transport but it all gelled in the end. After finishing work early on friday me and brenton cruized over to jolimont and caught the bus from there. It was a long trip after working half the day but it was good. we got there and checked into our rooms at maze the backpackers hostel. we had a "mystery room" so we were a bit worried that we'd get stuck in a dorm but we got a double bed to ourselves in a room of own which was sweeet. we went and got some food from world square which required a bit of a fuck around to get some money as the commonwealth atms tend to hide in corners, then went back to the room. I passed out but my boy went to the rec room for drinks for the friday 13th party then went to a bar for a bit and woke me up to get back in the room later.

Saturday we went to paddys markets, after eating our complimentary continental breakfast which consisted of 2 pieces of toast and a coffee, and I got some jewlery and clothes and handbags and my boy got some cool sunnies. Then met one of his friends and stuffed around at an arcade a bit till we went to another of his friends places to get his synthetic dreads done. So we spent te arvo getting pissed, watching buffy, listening to mad music and doing dreads, which by the way look FUCKIN AWSOME. We stumbled to the train and back to the city and grabbed something to eat and went back and passed out again.

Sunday we had organised to meet the friend who did the dreads so we caught a train to hers and found her a little worse for wear from the night before. so we went out to new town and shopped a bit and had breakfast then came back and had a couple of drinks then stumbled home again.

Monday we met up with the first friend again and just bummed around untill it was time to catch the bus. but during breakfast i got a call from the real estate agent saying i got the little bedsitter for $150 a week. so this morning I went and signed my first lease and im moving out in two days. Ive still got pas funeral to go to tommorrow aswell.
