In reading this article I came across a comment that points out the logical point of why we are doing drugs at all.

"I've seen many, many kids' lives negatively impacted and taken off track because of marijuana," said Elizabeth Stanley-Salazar, director of adolescent services for Phoenix House treatment centers in California. "It's somewhat Russian roulette. There are so many factors, emotional, psychological, biological. You can't predict the experimentation and how it will impact a kid."

Why do we think there is a difference between how illegal drugs affect the body compared to legal drugs affect the body?

How many of our children are taking prescription medication in our country compared to illegal drugs?

Why do we think that prescriptions make drugs safe to use while non-prescribe drugs are harmful to kids?

We are a country of drug addicts and maybe we should see why we are and stop pointing the finger at one drug,

How many illegal drug dealer do we have compared to the legal drug dealers?

How many illegal drug cartels are there compared to the corporate drug cartels in our own country?

Being against drugs is being against drugs stop finger pointing

Using drugs whether legal or illegally is an experiment because as the quotes says

"There are so many factors, emotional, psychological, biological. You can't predict the experimentation and how it will impact a kid."
