We really do not get enough vacation days. we should work a few hours less a week, and allow ourselves to actually enjoy the fruits of our labor....not just on weekends. that's just me. some workaholics are driven by their occupation .....I unfortunately have not found that labor of love yet.

i'm thinking this as i have to request some more days off, days that I don't have so it will be unpaid time off which i am totally okay with but I hope it gets approved. I'm so good at spending money and time that I don't have. hah.

labor day weekend, i have a couple of options i'm really undecided about.....
1) accompany a friend to Atlanta, GA :) never been except for a quick layover. lots to see and do I'm sure. and they have that new coca cola museum. or
2) to virginia beach, my roomie has a love affair with Vertical horizon and they're playing at the rock festival there. INXS will be there....along with about 20 other groups. or
~~3) just chill at home catching up on movies and trying to normalize my crazy life....~~

Virginia Beach sounds like a lot of fun. Whichever one you do chose, I am positive you will have a great time.

Well, I would base the decision on what type of getaway you want to have.

Antlanta would be more like a go where ya want to go, when ya want to go, laid back vacation, and Virginia Beach would obviously be a good ol' "Are you readdyyy to rock!?" getaway. Both of which would be a fun time. Also, who do you think you'd have more fun with?
