I think it's very possible that I have sleep apnea, but what are your options?  don't you have to wear that alien mask when you sleep?

lol.. yeah the CPAP machine connects to that alien mask.  they have several different kinds.....  smaller and more convenient now.  I've heard people having amazing results with those and they say they get the most beautiful sleep they've ever had.  hopefully it won't be so scary looking.

Other options, daily prescription nasal decongestants, surgery where they take out some of the extra tissue around your airway, it could be as simple as getting a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, or smallerizing that hanging thing in the back....uvula is it?, hmm other options.....  having some weird mouth guard to keep your lower jaw out so the the tongue doesn't obstruct the airway, using breathe right nasal strips, losing weight, ....

it all depends on the type of airway obstruction.  So one treatment might not be applicable for everyone. 

My brother-in-law has sleep apnea and has used a CPAP machine for a couple of years now. He says it works wonderfully for him.
