So, anyway. Yes, I made Winter Guard. The clinic thingy was Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of last week and the actual try-outs were yesterday. I did better at the clinic than I did at the try-outs, just because I got nervous. But I didn't do terribly. We tried out in groups of three and I was with Michael and Jeremy. Everyone that saw said me and Michael were perfectly in sync the whole time. I guess just because we'd been practicing together the whole time. Last night at gymnastics I got my twist. After I hurt my knee and it was still hurting a week later, Mrs. Hagar told me I wasn't allowed to tumble on it for three weeks. So, I haven't really been doing anything major. And I've been too scared to try my twist again, since that's how I hurt it. Last night I tried my 1/2 twist though and I almost got it. I landed in a squat...so, I'm almost there. Today we had a test in APUSH and I made a 107, second highest grade in both classes. I was so excited. But, then I got to French and we had to recite a poem that I definitely had not memorized. I made a 66. Kinda sucked, but whatever. Cecilia came home today. That was cool. We get along real well now that she's never hear. Uh...let's see, tomorrow me and Leslie are waking up early to hurry up and get our APUSH project over with. My mom has to go to work because she missed a day to go to a funeral and the administration is full of little bitches, so she has to make it up on a holiday. If me and Leslie get finished before 2:30, I'll probably go watch a movie in her classroom with her or something. It bothers me that she's there alone. Only teacher, anyway. After that, me and mom are leaving for Hazlehurst to stay with the grandparents. We probably won't be home 'til Friday. Then, I dunno what plans I have. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Je t'aime.
