Yes, it's Che Guevara.  According to this ESPN article, "One photograph from the scene shows a shirtless Tyson with a tattoo on his stomach of Ernesto "Che" Guevara, the late military leader of the Cuban Revolution."

Tyson's been self-destructive since Cus  Damato died. Cus was the only man who could exercise any kind of control over him, including Tyson hismelf.
I think that's Arthur Ashe on his side.
