S'funny how he acted like he did'nt care how anyone thought about his antics is'nt it? I think that soon enough he'll learn that people don't care much about him anymore, period. He's had his 15 minutes of fame. I sure hope that all the money from endorsements he accepted ( and probably spent) dries up when his sponsors dump him. In the years to come, just imagine how proud he will be of his own legacy - they'll be looking back someday at notorious Olympic screw ups and there he'll be. The annoying thing is that his spot on the team could have gone to one far more deserving.
It was really amazing to me when on a press conference after he didn't win any medals he told how it wasn't about winning but having a lifestyle. I thought about all the money from donations and endorsements had been spent in sending him to the olympics to represent the US and he says "its not about winning". I could also visualizing as he said that about all the potential sponsors slowly backing away from him
talk about an idiot. and an ungrateful one at that!
there, I feel better......
Yeah, I watched all of the olypics and everytime I saw his he acted as though he didn't give a rip. He could have achieved a lot by actually trying. He doesn't set a good example for others though.
