This is kind of a spammy blog. How did it get voted to the top blogs list? So for recipes I like http://allrecipes.com and for a protein rich but lowfat diet, I suggest the South Beach diet. It's worked well for me and I've been on it since the beginning of August, lapsing for a bit last week when my daughter was sick and a big carb finally on Thanksgiving. Back to low glycemic index carbs and lean proteins for me!
