One day I want to see a preview for a movie and recognize the name of my old friend from back in the day as the writer and producer. I want to walk into my local theater on it's opening night and take a seat anonymously in the back. I want to watch the opening scenes and soak in the flicker of the projection and the excited rustle of the strangers around me. I want to feel the blush of flattery as I realize that there's a character based on me. Me, the girl who could kept him on his toes. Me, the girl who orchestrated the “best last day ever”. That would be the best. I'd find a stranger and point to my character saying, “See that one there? That's me. She's based on me!” They would of course look at me like I was crazy but that makes it even better.

I take an odd pleasure in the fact that on Ethans facebook his quote section is seven scripture quotes, one german proverb, one quote from a book about the bible, and then one from me. I love being quoted, it makes me feel important or something. I've had two people tell me they want to tatoo things I've said on their body.
