Mindlessness on Mindsay; this is what I provide in this space.  This might have been surprising if you haven’t read an entry of mine, yet if you read I don’t know, two of them, you’d just know its par for the course.   It is what it is. 

I’m listening to The Big Show on WEEI Boston right now.  It’s a sports talk station and they have Boston Herald writers Rob Bradford and Steve Buckley on right now.  It is not even close, their baseball guys are so much better than the football guys. The football guys just sit there and slurp the Patriots week in and week out, with good reason as they rarely lose, but they all yell over one another and goon up the station.  The baseball guys at least have discussion, and Bradford is gold.  www.bradfordfiles.com , that’s his blog if you’re interested.  I should read his book, but I always forget it if I am ever in the book buying proposition.  Maybe I’ll find it used this summer, which would be outstanding. 

They just had an off topic discussion about Will Ferrell.  I thought I had my fill of the guy years ago, before Anchorman was released, right after Old School, which is a pretty average comedy at best.  Then I saw Anchorman and he killed me.  I don’t know what it is about him, but the way he delivers his lines seems to suit my sense of humor completely.  Despite my laugh threshold being low, I am picky about what people think is comedy.  Like when that hack from my hometown pretends to be a low rent Weird Al, I will not allow for people to call him talented with a straight face.  I also gave him a verbal stomping when he tried to defend himself, and when I have come across him the two or three times in person, he knew.  This is my dilemma.  I thoroughly enjoyed picking his lame act apart, but if I do so, I simply give him more attention, or make it look like I’m hung up on it.  But maybe I should rip him again; I think he has youtube videos that I could pick apart.  I mean the only point of me doing so is to be a prick, and then Lindsay would be mad for me making a scene.

I finally added youtube and Mindsay to the dictionary for this entry. No more spelling errors…
