Forever will I love thee,

for thou hast showerd me

with rays of thine own sunshine

wilst mine own ceased to radiate,

and in thine eyes did I catch thy beam

of glistening water that flows like streams

of heavenly frost on my blades of grass.

My heart did jump, at last!

Oh, for joy of joys

in the place of holies and life eternal

I did sing my song whilst thou danced thy dance.

Our praises magnify our love

forever and ever.

And so it is

Re: My Ode to Love - Eternally
I love this!!!  It reminds me of both 18th century poetry and strangely, some of the Psalms of David.  What inspired you?

You are silly, silly, silly. I thought maybe I was in the wrong place until I saw MY hand!!!

I like the poem! Especially since I'm the one who inspired such lovely verse!

Sigh

I am the luckiest girl.... just the luckiest... no doubt.

'Tis I the lucky one.

With love and laughter and loads of fun.

To live and laugh and call my Hon

A wonderful treat to me.

I REALLY like the picture on the blog. I wish I'd thought of it first!

I looked upon in my mind's eye both sources of inspiration.
