Funds in Limbo

More talk about money this morning spurred my memory. My lawyer transferred me money not too long ago. Being my absentminded self, I gave him the wrong account number. So I phoned the bank. And this is what happened.

Me: My lawyer sent my money to the wrong account number.

Bank representative: How did that happen?

Me: I gave him the wrong account number.

Bank representative: Oh.

Me: How do I get my money?

Bank representative: That's a tricky one.

Me: How tricky?

Bank representative: Well... You're money is probably somewhere in cyberspace.

Me: Like Limbo?

Bank representative: Yes.

Me: Can I phone Limbo?

Bank representative: You could have, but I believe Limbo has closed for the evening.

Me: What time does Limbo open tomorrow?

Bank representative: You see, by tomorrow your money could be anywhere.

Me: Oh.

Bank representative: Is there anything else I can help you with today?

Me: Have you ever been to Limbo?

Bank representative: No ma'am, I haven't.

Me: Will there be someone there tomorrow?

Bank representative: Yes. Would you like the number?

Me: Yes please.

Bank representative: Good luck and hold for the number.

I assume this sort of thing happens to everyone, but something tells me I'm wrong...
