This reminds me of when I used to hang out on the Yahoo Answers website... I spent a lot of time in the LGBT section there and I couldn't believe the ignorant questions some people would ask.
Some things were so down right horrible and offensive. I know I can relate to you but I can't fully understand. There wasn't a point in my life where I had to make a true outward change with my body. I suppose in other words I am saying I could hide my sexuality, but I imagine there was a point (and it's probably ongoing, I don't know) in your life that there was no way you could hide, and you just had to show everyone.
For that, I give you big props.
And the people who just assume you're a lesbian probably have an IQ of 70 or lower.

i was going to ask if you have issues with your family accepting you, and your girlfriend's family accepting you.
don't answer if you don't want to and please don't be offended. i'm just always curious as to how people's parents react to certain things...mine were semi-supportive upfront (my fiance is older and of a different race) but talked about me to each other, and to me when no one else was around. i think they are over it now though

lol, exactly.
and that's a question you are allowed to ask, of course.
well, my parents don't know yet...i think they are getting closer to asking their own questions which is how i would rather they find out. my younger sisters responded very well, they are 15 and almost 18. As far as SJ's family, they don't really get it...but they do call me Kage. They also are pretty accepting of me. Her mom doesn't like my piercings, but I'm okay with that, lol.

Thank you tons for posting this lol... People ask ignorant questions about this kind of thing all the time, and it's really aggravating.. Maybe that'll shut some of 'em up that read it. (Not that I've run into any on MindSay yet, lol. But yeah, you know what I mean.)
11. What do transsexuals eat?
That has to be the most ignorant question I've ever heard, or read in this case. And I truly enjoyed reading the last answer.

You're welcome. That's absolutely disgusting that someone asked you that.
I can honestly say that I have absolutely no clue of what you must go through on a daily basis, but that pisses me off. I was raised to value a person not on how they look but for who they are, the quality of their mind and heart. I don't know you, but no one deserves to be treated like that. Shit like this just gets me all sorts of riled up.
