So I didn't make it to the theater. About a half-hour into the trip I leaned out the window to spit and my glasses blew off my face. Yes, we were doing about 70 down the freeway. jewfroart, bless her soul, stopped the car and looked for them for me, but of course, they're completely gone. And of course I don't have a spare. I'm totally handicapped without them, too... I mean, I can't quite see what I'm typing here, and the screen is only a foot and a half away.

Okay, there are two things.

A. The look on your face HAD to be priceless when they flew off!

B. The visual of you typing made be giggle even more.

Well, it's probably a good tthing I can touch-type, but yeah, when I think about how I must look just doing everyday things (making coffee, reading, driving...) as near-sighted as I am, it kind of makes me laugh a little, too.
