Looks like a great celebration! Your little grand daughter has such striking blue eyes! Lovely Mother's Day outfits, too. And a fine job of family photos. Utah is a long way from Kentucky- bet you'll be doing some more flying now that you've conquered your fear!
Yes, it was, and thanks for the compliment on my photographic efforts. I got too close on some, and fuzzy on others, but practice will hopefully make perfect, hey?
Yes, my granddaughter is unfortunately tossed between her daddy (my son in law) and her mother, but seems to be okay with it so far.
And yes, I will fly as often as we are able to afford it, and they will come to us at times as well. Absence truly does make the heart grow fonder on all sides!

Thank you; I am so huge, but am working on that as well; I have lost 8.5 pounds since I have been here, so it is a good start anyway.
My photography skills will improve with practice as everything else does.

It is a good start...
but weight is not an issue...unless it is compromising health...blood pressure..diabetes...breathing ..etc.
healthy and happy..
at peace with yourself.
that's important.
I do have health problems, with bp and diabetes, altho my breathing is fine ...so we are on the way to getting back into shape!
try these BF..
pomegranate extract.....(new research says it actually removes plaque and helps with arteries, blood pressure and heart..
Vitamin D...(almost missing from our diets)
new research seems to say..(can't say proves) that it's absence in our bodies is the the reason that most diseases are prevalent...including diabetes...
I started taking 2000mg per day....just the other day...
check it out on google.
I find this stuff amazing.
Thank you me darlin friend! Most of all for the love and concern! I will see if I can get these things. I do take extra Calcium and a handful of meds every day for physical and mental health, including hormone therapy.
As Love Spirit said...Your shoes say so much about your passion...your energy, your personality...your desire.
Thank you; I had soooooooo many compliments on that outfit and those shoes, so I guess I have good taste!
Thank you for sharing, what a lovely family!
Who is in the last pic, with the yellow flowers?

Hi there, and thank you for adding me, by the way! And what is your first name, or the one I can call you please?
Thank you for the compliment on my family. The person in the last picture is the same eldest daughter who was in the picture with the other two children, and with her stepchild ..and also in one with her hubby. She just looks much more beautiful with her hair freshly washed and down and was SOOOOOOOO proud to have found a dress that looked so pretty on her. Thanks for asking.

Welcome home!
These are lovely pics, Bonnie. I'm glad you had a good journey (I love flying!) and that you had such a beautiful time with your family.

Thank you, Sandi! It was surprising how much I did actually enjoy the flying experience after I just made up my mind not to be a wimp.
And yes, no matter how old they get, the kids will always be my babies, and the eldest is the most clingy, having been with me for five years before the other two arrived. She gave me drama every time I wanted to do anything away from her, so ended up including her in all our plans and it was just fine.
Now that I have overcome that one fear, this is the way I will have to face the others as they come up. A part of crucifying ourselves to the flesh daily is to set aside our petty feelings and push through, doing what we know is best for the Lord, others and ourselves. I have been frozen up with fear about sending out my writing, about the course I am taking to work online, and basically anything that entails pressure. But, I am starting to take baby steps now, and not to think of it as pressure (if I can.). My husband has said it does not matter if I make one penny, but that I just do what I can to get over this hump. I know this is true, and I feel better already for having started to think in this manner.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY again, Sandi girl, and I thank the Lord when in remembrance of you.

For both your greetings!
No true growth comes without resistance, you know. Pain is a part of it. Stress. Discomfort. It's how we meet it that determines our growth and maturity. I think you're doing great! Baby steps lead to bigger ones and you're taking 'em!
