Well, it's official...I have taken THREE pregnancy tests and all of them were positive.  This morning's was no question at all...definately two lines.  So Rich and I are expecting baby #4 now!  Wow!  I am really excited!  But, I also know what I have to look forward to and that makes me a little bit nervous.  But, in the end, it's all worth it.  I would have as many as God saw fit to give me as long as Rich was ok with it.  But, I would say this will be our last.  Rich has accomadated my hunger for babies for a long time and I think we've come to the end.  I will be just days shy of 34 years old when this little person is born, so time is ticking, as well.

So far, I feel wonderful (knock on wood and praise the Lord).  Of course, I don't generally get sick until I am about 9 weeks along.  I'm just trying to get as much as I can done while I can so I won't have to worry with it all so much.  They are going to allow me to stay on my glucophage (metformin) while I am pregnant so this will probably help with the gestational diabetes that I ultimately ALWAYS get.  It will be interesting to see what kind of a difference it makes.  Maybe I will feel better!

I took "Marco" the cat in to the grade school today for Jared's show and tell.  That was a wild trip, I'll tell you that!  He did NOT appreciate being the center of a classroom of first graders' attention!  He was VERY vocal, indeed.

Last night, Klara came running down the stairs late at night and she was very upset.  She had her little angel stuffed bear with her.  He normally sings "Jesus Loves Me," but his batteries had started running down and he sounded possessed by the devil.  She was freaking out and not at all amused by the whole thing (Rich and I were, however, in private).  The stupid stuffed bear had no opening to get to the voice box!  I had to get a seam ripper, get him open and get the voice box out.  Turns out he runs on hearing aid batteries!  Geesh...nothing can be simple.  So I put a bandaid back on the hole and told her he was healing and would have to have surgery tomorrow.

Marco and I made a trip to the local Rite Aid Pharmacy and I left him in the car to guard it.  He took a little nap in the passenger's side floor.  After searching for the correct batteries, I am not looking forward to open heart stuffed angel bear surgery a little bit later.  What craziness!

When I got home just now, Rich had a little gift bag for me.  Inside of it was a Valentine's Day card from him and the kids, two blouses & a Black Eyed Peas CD.  But what I loved the most was the most heartfelt letter I have ever read.  He had written it to me and it was so touching.  I tell you what, I love that man so much I just can't stand it sometimes!

Rich got a bag of green M&M's, a card, a coupon for me to bake whatever he wants, and a positive pregnancy test, hahaha!  Nothing says lovin' like a bun in the oven!

Yeah you. . . so want some baby hardware?  Hey, I gotta find someone to pawn Ethan's stuff on besides Heather.  I am sincerely happy for your future family member.  May God keep this pregnancy pleasant and glucose/blood preasure stable.  I am definately coming for a visit soon.  However, Ed's on vacation this week.  So, I'm taking full advantage.  He returns to his mistress (Babbages) next Monday.
Hugs all around!

Hey you know me...I'll take whatever I can get!  It seems I have to go see the same perinatologist that you did, so I'll have to call and talk to you about that.

"lil angel dancin' on *my* bladder"

Oh, Snuggs, you have no idea how awful the last month was with Will.  The little devil had went breech and he LOVED to stretch and put his feet in my bladder.  It's one thing to have one do that when you are, ohhhh, say....five or six months along.  But when you have a 9 lb infant doing it at the end?  OMGosh!  Pure misery.  I ended up grabbing the little sucker by his head and turning him around.  Hehehehe....they weren't gonna cut me again!

Man, Snuggs takes all the cute (positively positive) sayings before I can come up with them. LOL Anyway, glad you are more "positive" today. hehe

I would not have done surgery on the bear. That would have been an excuse to get rid of yet another toy.

What sweet Valentine's gifts to/from both of you. I like the Black Eyed Peas too, although I mostly listen to country....and download my music for free. We are only getting each other cards, but our tax refund will be in the bank on the 21st, and I am asking for a gold necklace.

Re: Happy Valentine's Day
I *had* to do surgery on the bear.  It wasn't like just any toy...it is like one of her favorite toys.  However, I did replace the batteries and it STILL didn't work.  I took the box apart and thought I had fixed it and after a bit, it quit working again.  Doing the demonic jibberish stuff.  So I had to do a voice boxectomy and it is speechless now.  I told her I would *try* to find another voicebox for it, but you know how easy that's gonna be?  LOL

Re: Happy Valentine's Day
Maybe you can find another one, cut it open, sew it up, and tell her it's the same one. LOL Wouldn't hurt anyway. Is it the little bear with the white wings, and a halo? What color is it?
