Are you talking to anyone about this?  Family, friend, counseler, anyone?

Yeah, I'm talking to all the friends and family that will hear me (okay, not really, but I am talking to my mom and best friend) and I've recently started going to a Grief Support Group.

That is good. It has to be good to get some of that out..
