found this post looking for your japan pictures. What additional scenes were in The Recut-Extended-Unrated version of "Sin City"?
I just saw it on cable a week or two ago. Generally, I like the comic book movie genre, though there have been a number of bad movies.
I liked how they tied it all the short stories together in the end, so that they were really just different aspects or perspectives on one story. similar to the changed timing sequences found in other tarantino films - pulp fiction, reservoir dogs, and kill bill.

it's not quite the same as the tarantino films. have you read the graphic novels? and was it on one of those channels that doesn't cut out all of the good stuff?
it was on some cable movie channel. there was nudity and swearing --- is that the good stuff? I never read the graphic novels. I did read comic books, but not Sin City.
yeah, not quite the same as tarantino. really separate threads tied together at the end.

they were kinda tied together at the end. i think to understand it you should read the graphic novels
huh. well that's a tall order. you can't just tell me what scenes were missing from the released movie that were found in the uncut version?
