So today the History Channel showed Band of Brothers 7-10 starting at 3:00pm, and episode 10 is still on now, but I saw the last half earlier, saw the first half a couple minutes ago, and i'd seen it a couple years ago in my US History class. (btw, last night they showed 1-6.) I'm kinda pissed that I missed the last half of episode 9, though, but as with episode 10 our US History teacher had shown us the beginning of that episode and

*OMG SPOILER*

the whole scene at the concentration camp.

*Spoiler end*

I know that's not much of a spoiler, but still, just incase. Anyway, I intend to watch the whole thing over again in order someday. My parents taped it off the History Channel a couple years back when they first aired it. No "f" word, but I still get "shit" and all kinds of blood. woo-who. In all seriousness, its interesting to see how the people in Easy Company changed from the beginning when they were training all the way up to V-J Day. On a less serious note, it was also fun spotting actors that we had no idea were in it. Jimmy Fallon makes an apperance in one episode (4 or 5), and Simon Pegg (Shaun from Shaun of the Dead) has one line in episode 1 along the lines of "I'm looking for Lieutenant Winters" and then he walks away. Not to mention Donnie Wahlberg and Neal McDonough from Boomtown, Colin Hanks, Tom Hanks' son and the star of Orange County with Jack Black who has also had very minor roles in some odd movies, and Ron Livingston, better known as "that guy from Office Space." It's interesting to see actors/actresses from comedies do something serious. My mom said that if she's seen Office Space before Band of Brothers, she would have had a hard time taking Ron Livingston's role seriously. I had much the same experience when I first saw Glory. Matthew Broderick as a Colonel? ROFL! It's a good thing I didn't recognize Cary Elwes when I saw it, or else I wouldn't have been able to handle it. I guess that's the problem when commedians try those things, but it's not neccessarily a bad thing. Tom Hanks, Jim Carrey, and Robin Williams all started in comedy and have now had a few serious roles. Now that I'm completely off topic, I guess I'll check on Leela and play Sims 2 some more. She spent most of her time sleeping today when I was watching Band of Brothers, unlike last night. Later y'all.

Re: Done with B.O.B.- For Now
I've never seen Band of Brothers. I suppose I'll have to rent it from Netflix one of these days. Cary Elwes in a serious role? Inconceivable! I played Sims 2 a bit today as well. No vampires yet.

I've finally turned two sims! They're both elders, though, and will be shortly killed, lol.

I thought vampires were immortal? They aren't in Sims2 I guess.
