Looking for hot men in medieval garb who don't make their living at the Renassiance Faire and who play excellent music? Look no further than German band
Corvus Corax; a band that not only features hot men in elaborate medieval fantasy inspired costume, but they play kick ass medieval inspired music with ancient and contemporary instruments. The music is infectious and is sure to get you dancing in your seat. However, after watching the following video, I wouldn't be surprised if this group will be the next "Riverdance"-esque fad in popular music and dance, except this time it's the German's turn to get you high stepping to the chants and pipes. Consider this "gothic peasant music!" Enjoy.
"Dulcissima" by Corvus Corax
Dulcissima
(Latin for "Most Beautiful")
"Ave, formosissima, gemma pretiosa!"
Dulcissima
Vidi florem floridum, vidi florum florem,
Vidi rosam Madii cunctis pulchriorem,
Vidi stellam splendidam, cunctis clariorem,
Per quam ego degeram lapsus in amorem.
Quid plus? Collo virginis brachia iactavi
Mille dedi basia, mille reportavi,
Atque sepe sepius dicens affirmavi:
"Certe, certe istud est id, quo anhelavi!"
Most beautiful, indeed!
