makes no sense

i got grounded for not sleeping normal. my mom wants me to not be tired for school so i can't do anything until i get more than 5 hours of sleep at a time. i told her to get me some damn sleeping pills, then. it's a stupid thing to get grounded for. also, she's insisting that i get a new backpack, when i'm perfectly happy with my old one. it's a piece of crap and i had to patch it up multiple times last year and it looks cooler. i also put shoe laces on it so it would stop ripping.

in other news, i dyed my hair again. this time it's dark brown, almost black. in the sun, i can still see red in it. i like it alot and i moght keep it this way.

i'm getting panicky about school. i really don't want to go. in the summer, the only ones to make fun of me are my brother and his friends. at school, it's everyone who isn't my friend. seriously, i've had problems with every clique. i'm too weird for the goths and emos and too dark for everyone else.

i also don't want to go cuz my friends are changing and i'm afraid it's because of me. one friend, who never wears black, died her hair black. another has suddenly started to buy things with skulls on them. another is pretending to think marilyn manson is hot and a few months ago, she had no idea what he looked like. they always yell at me for my weirdness and now they're slowly becoming like me. i don't want them to be like me. they shouldn't give up who they are. they're trying so hard to impress me it feels like.

and i don't think i'm worth it.

You're totally right. That is a stupid thing to get grounded for. I'm happy to hear that you are happy with your new hair dye. However regardng your friends, people do change. If you think they're copying you, then talk to them as gently as you can about it. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. And for the record, Marylin Manson is not hot. :-) xx

i know people change, i just don't want them too. i like them how they are. and it's not like they're copying me, it's like thay're trying to prove something to me, but i don't know what.

Okay, I know where yu're coming from. My mate Bex is changing into her mate Amber, and since I don't really get on with Amber that much...But growin up is all part of accepting that things change. You'e probably changed too. xx

That IS a stupid thing to get grounded for. And Im glad your hair turned out good

I recently dyed my hair..last week actually. I went from black with orangey streaks (used to be red, but they faded) and brown roots to pure black. I like my hair, but i missed a couple spots and if you look really closely you can see a few orange spots in my bangs. But they are barely noticable

Good luck with school though. As for your friends, people do change, but sometimes it is for the wrong reasons, and soemtimes its for the better. If your wondering why they changed maybe you should talk to them about it and see whats going on.

do you use two packages of dye? it usually works better for longer or thicker hair. i always use two.

no i could only afford one..i was thinking about buying to but my hairs falling out enouggh right now
