I been called "Beck" "Becca" "Becca-face" random other things that have nothing to do with my name. But I've noticed as I've gotten older that I hate being called "Becky" I just hate it now....
oh yes. i absolutely abhor the name Becky. people call me that when they need to get my attention mostly though. i also have a coach in cross country and he's the head coach in track that either calls me "Freshman" or "Becky". in cross country he mostly called me freshman because he only really knew me as "Shoshana's little sister" along with most of the team. after a while everybody started to know my name a little more. he still called me freshman but now he calls me Becky sometimes too.

Yeah, when you're little you never really thought that your name fitted you. It was just something that people called you. You never realize it but your name is basically who you are. And the way you act really carries on into your name.

oh yes. i still don't really think the name Becca really fits a person like me. i mean, i can never imagine having a name like, Michelle or Carolyn or something. but i don't know. some days i think becca's the name for me. other days i wonder how people can associate me with the name becca. it's weird like that.
but i do think that Rebecca doesn't fit me. Becca fits me much better.
