I had a lovely Holiday, but Im really glad they are over this year!! I finally fished the shopping on Thursday. Friday I got up early to work on the Family gifts...got some office work done...went grocery shopping...made my traditional Wedding Soup for Christmas eve dinner and had to be at work by 4. I cut it very close!! Friday night was my last night bartending. It wasnt planned, but it worked out fine.

I was busy as heck...making good money...then everything fell apart...me included. I started to write the details and its really not important. I'll just start bitchin and might not stop!! Suffice it to say that the owner had to be called in because he is an idiot and left me with no money, no change, no wine and no beer that a particular patron always drinks. He came in stumbling drunk and slurring and swaying all over the place. I was so embarassed. Besides him being a drunken loser, my feet were really killing me that night. I had been running hard all week and my toots just couldnt take any more of it. They were covered in those purple splotches and were really bruised. That place just isnt worth it for me to be there. Not working for an a**hole. So, Im done and all is well. I did finish the night and spoke to the kitchen manager...let him know what was going on. He was cool and understanding. Steve the owner hadn't called me this week. I fgured I might get a call at least to check in....again. A**hole.

Dave got me some really thoughtful gifts this year. New bras from Victoria Secrets...YAY!!! A nice new shiny watch, the Gone With The Wind DVD(Ive never ever seen it!!!!) and the GodFather collection DVD set and the Roomba!!! YAY me!! Here is a link if you dont know what it is.....http://www.irobot.com I have all wood floors except in the bedrooms...so this is the bomb!! Its running right now and Im in the office...not running it:)

Also he got me one of those coffee pods that can make tea, coffee, expresso, cappacino, and lattes. And finally he got me a new receiver for my CD player. I have a big cd thing in the family room, but this summer we got one of those BOSE surround sound for the family room....I cant play and listen to my cd's except in that room....I have speakers thru out the house and havent been able to play and listen because those speakers werent compatible with the new BOSE system. So, yay!!! He did very well this year. He usually does too much(poor me) and goes way over board. Good Boy!!

Today, I get to go pick out paint for the bedroom we are redoing. I picked the carpet yesterday and the carpet man is coming to measure tomorrow. I need to paint before the new carpet!! The new bedroom furiture is on its way in. Most of it is ready for pick up. Time to hustle and get that room done.

I HAVE A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT!!!!!!! WooHoo!!! I was finally able to sit down and find a doctor in  my network yesterday and called, got an appointment.....in two weeks. Jan 9 in the morning. Physicals scheduled for both Dave and me. Thank Goodness. We can figure out for sure whats going on with me and get things straight.

OK...time to get things going. I have some work to do...then off running for the day:)
