work contracts

Holy bejeepers.  It's been FOREVER since I have written last.  I missed a month.  A MONTH!!!  How is that even possible.  Work has been very busy, but still. 

It's time to renew my contract at work.  I am cutting my hours to 45 base, plus overtime.  I'm looking forward to seeing what they offer for the new year.  I would like them to start paying for my cell phone, because I use it for them ALL the time.  I had to switch to a free incoming plan because my boss would always call my cell phone even when I was at their house.  That is fine, but it would be nice if they would cover it.  We are going on a trip next week, so I'm guessing we will negotiate after we get back.
