I've got a thing for Winona so everything looks good on her... I really like this short style but maybe a touch longer but remain choppy..

 

This one is similar just styled more elegantly but again a bit longer than this and play with the colors,,,

I like your hair as it is now personally. I'd suggest you go to the salon and look at books there till you find one that looks good to you.

Haha, I just finished cutting my own hair pretty short. It's a little un-even but the best I've done for a D.I.Y hair cut yet.
