today was a productive day. finally. after forgetting to take my lexapro for 4 days I was turning into mush. But i got back on dry land and got going again.

my morning began with the book group, two women had dropped out and a new one joined us so we are still five- whhich is a wonderful size. I baked scones and we continued the ritual of jasmine pearl tea. Next month we read a Colette novel.

I got all my ebay sales mailed, including my old laptop ( I am now using a VISTA HP laptop), went to the grocery store, cleaned the kitchen floor after deep frying veggie samosas last night, and saw the gypsy goddess therapist who left me leaving lighter yet more whole. she is an amazing resource and guide.

my next goal is to set up a regular and consistent meditation time and STICK TO IT.  if anyone has any tips, let me know. It's the greatest gift I can give myself and I have a small meditation room painted purple under the eaves of the top floor. i simply need to start using it.

i noticed you'd been rather quiet lately....but thought that perhaps the history of underwear had just worn you out.  *g*  glad to see that everything is what passes for normal on a good day in your bubble.  ((((((((((((((alice))))))))))))))

you make samosas too? Ye gods. We went to an Indian buffet in Evanston Sunday. The samosas were to die for, especially with mango chutney. I suppose I should make my own. One day soon.

I'm no help. I meditate in the tub.
