you know  I have come to believe that you get out of things what you put into them. and so if you let the recent persian drama get to your innards you need to take a deep breath and count backwards from 25. This blahging thang is supposed to be fun so don't let some cyber bully get your tummy in knots and lose touch with other people ( especially the women here- who are terrific).

Use the  mindsay block feature. it is found at "my account" and it prevents any user you chose from seeing your blog or responding to it. and you cant see theirs. which is a good idea because reading some of these will just raise your BP. It's like TV news, I have not watched it since the watergate hearings and my blood pressure is 90 over 70.  And don't anyone send me any more comments about how nasty they are  being- I dont give  a shit. okay?

While we are discussing health. Wear SPF 30 all the time, stop or never start smoking, eat plenty of plants and you too can be happy healthy and calmer.
