cotillion is this coming saturday and i HAVE to lose weight! if anyone has any ideas...please let me know...i know its hard to lose a decent amount of weight in less than a week but i realli need to...even if its not in time for the dance..i just realli need to lose the pounds...please help me!

Just eat healthy, get a decent amount of sleep and regular excersise and I think you'll be fine. ^_^

stuff yourself on salad to the point where you cant eat anything else.  lots of veggies ('cept olives) and no dressing or croutons or bacon bits, of course.  oh and lots of water.  if you aren't pissing clear, you're fucking wrong.

Eat nothing but fruit, vegetables, no potatoes, and drink loads of water.  Make sure you eat, because these kinds of foods contain no fat, they will burn up fast.  Not eating will slow up your metabolism.  Good luck

I agree with all the above. You have such a short time to lose the weight, so here's a little more free advice:

Wear a girdle!

Exercise a little each day. You dont want to over do yourself though because then you will get really sore and thats just not fun.
