The Long and Winding Road

These are pictures of the drive up to Steamboat and whatever:



We were in a traffic jam up there because LaFarge was repairing the roads up there. My uncle John works for them.



Some of the trees look red and that's because stupid environmentalists decided to let loose a beetle that's now feasting on trees and killing off our forests.



I LOVE the mountains!



Gravel road on Mom's side of the car. We sat in the back seat...it was pretty comfy!



This is my absolute FAVOURITE picture I've taken so far. It had just snowed up there and it looks like it was currently snowing up there. It captures the beauty of Colorado.



I think the car was moving when I took this. But it was still a great photo!



My grandparents know the guy who made this barb-wire moose. It's called the Moose Center because that's where you can see actual moose. I don't know why but I constantly refer to it as the Moose Head Removal Center...in my mind and it's from Dudley Doo-Right. That movie's so funny and stupid at the same time.



This is a caboose that I took a picture of in Walden. A pit stop between my town and Steamboat. This was near the place where we ate our lunch.



And this is where my family stayed at.
