Diets i know little mabout but 36 years ago I started University in radio writing and announcing. A year later I swutched colleges and got a degree in Christian education with a major in Youth Ministry. I ended up doing alot of things over the years but it is only now all these decades later that i feel like i am reaching any youth besides my own kids and writing in the way i always wanted to. In one very short paragraph thats my story but there tons and tons of details in between.
Sweet. Thank you

I wouldn't mind making a difference in a teenager's life. I don't want to do something that I feel that God doesn't want me to do, you know?

I've thought about science or history.....I feel like pull my hair out of me head because I really don't know what I should do.
If what you are doing is a just thing and not against the values God has given you then God would want you to do what you want to do because that is how you are made. I amde a mistake when I allowed others to talk me into what I thought I should do. I should have been writing etc all along and that would have been what was best.
That's a thought. Thank you. I do have a plan of creating a foundation that helps abused children, homeless people, creating awareness for Emphesyma and support finding a cure for breast cancer and giving poor kids scholarships to go to colleges of their choice and better their education.
I'm still working on my book: Dark Angels the Beginning and a story about animals.

---Hopefully, I'll figure out what I want to do that makes steady money.
for the most part your fad diets only work short term. Try to eat sensible. Fruits, veggies, wheat products, chicken(grilled and perferable skinless), egg whites, yogurt, lots of water. Instead of eating 3 big meals in six really little ones spread throughout the day...this keeps your metablism constantly working. If you are doing this with quick weight loss in mind...a meal consists of say half an apple. Or a handful of baby carrots and some celery sticks. NEVER skip breakfast, this meal jumpstarts your body to burn calories throughout the day. And remember EXERSICE is vitally important to any weightloss plan. If you don't already work out or don't on a regular basis try starting out by walking say...10 minutes 3 times a day and eventually build up to several miles a day. (my husband is a wrestling coach so he's an expert at losing weight and he makes sure his wrestlers do it in a healthy way, that's where I got all this from)
Good luck!!!! hope this helped
I have actually decided to go on Slimfast and I'm going to try to eat sensibly. That diet worked well in the past and I'm also exercising. Your advice has helped, thank you
