Speaking of proposals, This morning my Dad called to tell me that my Cousin Ray finally popped the question to his girlfriend of almost ten years, Sarah. Of Course, she said yes! I'm very happy for them. Sarah's a wonderful women. We all knew it would happen eventually I mean she's practically already a part of the family. Now it will be official. I don't know if they've set a date yet. I can understand why Ray waited so long. I mean, growing up his parents, my Aunt Rita and Uncle Ray, struggled to provide a good home for their children. Uncle Ray worked long hard hours in as a Pipe fitter while Aunt Rita went back to school to become a nurse. My Cousin waited 'til he had a good career and a home before he proposed to Sarah and they will have a great life together because he was wise enough to get all his ducks in a row. I also am planning to take this route before I settle down and get married. I mean, right now I'm very young and just starting out my career. I have no idea where it will take me. I want to have a house and a good career before I worry about finding a women to spend it with. I want my future wife to know that she will have a man who is always going do him best for her. But for now I'm gonna enjoy the single life.
