Group - 1  ** Updated Music - 12-09-07 **

Over the years I had created several winter and holiday java script scenes. I was going to try to recreate them here but with all the script coding and various files it might take a small miracle to get them to work properly with these blog editors. Since I already have them set up on web pages it is much easier to simply provide the links to allow everyone to view them. I have made a few small updates and even if you have seen them before, take a few moments to check them out once again. You will need a Java Script enabled browser. To view the scenes, click on one of the following links.

Winter and Holiday Java Script and Animations with
Lake and Snow Class Java Scripts and Music.

Snow storm on NY 5th Ave - Sleigh Ride.

Falling snow in Boston - White Christmas.

Bronx Zoo tiger with lake applet - Winter Wonderland.

Fireplace Fire and Snow Animation -  Let It Snow

I have a few more scene links I will post in a day or so. Until then, Have a safe, warm, wonderful and relaxing weekend.

Hi Ed, I was only able to open Fireplace - Let It Snow.  I liked it.
Hope your day goes well!  Between now and January... I will only be on Mindsay literally just moments at a time...

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
I am glad you were able to view at least one. The others are snow and lake java script. If you could open the last one I don't know why you couldn't open the others?

I take it you will be busy for the next few weeks. Family, work, travel?

Stop by whenever you can and I will catch up with you and any of your blog posts.

Take care.

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
you too!  by the first of the year, I'm hoping to have some interesting images taken of my trip at the end of this month.... won't say where I'm headed until I've returned with photos.  should be enjoyable.  I work so hard when I work so small trips here and there are well earned.

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
I look forward to seeing the photos. We all need a little change of scenery now and then. I hope to get out and about a little more in the coming year after my present journey is over.

I did update my holiday scenes (last post) with new music so if you have a spare moment stop back again and check them out.

Take care and have a very wonderful day.

I am looking forward to checking out your updated holidays scenes this eve when I stop back in.  I have only a few moments now.
There will be plenty of time, Ed, when this present journey of your is over.  Now is the time to stay warm and take good care of yourself.  There is a time and season... and I don't doubt you have much to look forward to.  Make it a good day today.

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
Thank you for your thoughts. Yes, I do have quite a bit to look forward to. A bit of travel, getting back to taking photo's, a bit of catching up on my yard and garden and lots of fishing.

Take care.

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
Sounds like you've got a plan and all Good things too!  I enjoy taking photos when possible and working in my garden has always been peaceful and therapuetic.
Take wonderful care today, Ed.  Stay positive.  I'm sure you will.  Even in your struggles you have a positivity ... and you seem to pass it on here to others.

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
Sort of Ed's positive plan perhaps. Some things I will have to do to catch up on chores and projects, others I want to do for relaxation and fun. I like taking scenic and nature photo's and as for gardening and yard work, I enjoy the end results whether it be a vegetable garden or flowers with all the different colors. Fishing to me is more relaxation and fresh air and a time to think.

Thank you again for your caring thoughts. As I mentioned before I hope your travels are safe as well as enjoyable.

Take care.

I am sure I will. Just the thought is gift enough.

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
In most cases that is very true!  There are some times though, that there is no thought behind the gift.....lol, (ahem, I think we both have plenty of family/so called friends that we have experienced that with).

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
No, that wouldn't happen. Unless you are talking about things like that off the wall unknown brand of foul smelling cologne that you would never in a lifetime buy for yourself.

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
lol, ok, so I guess you can pour it out when it arrives   *that was tooo funny, brought back all sorts of smelly memories*   Off to take a load of laundry out and go to bed.  Early morning shower, shopping for Dad, and then grocery shopping so I can spend the afternoon cleaning

Hmm, that vacation is starting to look better and better!

Re: Winter And Holiday Scenes
Yes, Santa's elves get no rest this time of the year.  Have a safe day traveling tomorrow and I hope you are able to also get a little rest.

I may do a little grocery shopping tomorrow that is if I get up and around early enough. We are supposed to get the start of our wintery mix tomorrow so if I get out before that starts I will be ok.

Have a great remainder of the weekend.
