i think i know how you feel.  i've done that before.  whenever i'm depressed and hate myself i never seem to do anything about it.  then sooner or later (preferably sooner) the cloud will lift and you'll feel better.

it's like I'm split in two. I sitting here trying to understand things and planning to do stuff about it. Then I don't and let things just get worse.

well, i've always suffered with depression.  in fact i have to take medication for it.  and of course the question of "what am i going to do with my life" has come up so many times....i know what i want to do but i'm making no attempt to do it!

i want to be a nurse....it seems like an easy task doesn't it?  i just haven't made any attempt to go back to school.....

I see. Yeah I don't know what I want to be anymore. Things just seem so bad. I haven't seen the sun here in days. The finals is pretty much in 3 hours I don't know what to do. There's so much I have to do before that test.

well hun....i think i shouldn't reply to you till later....that way, you can get going on the things you need to do!!  i think the problem IS not seeing the sun!  once you get some sunshine in you-things will seem so much better....so much brighter!  oh sweetie, go and do you stuff!
