Ah, one of the greatest decades!

It's not my favorite decade, but everyone who's into today's music seems to love the 80's.

In the 90's, we liked the 70's.

I think it has to do with when you were born perhaps.

When the eighties were still here, I was too young to care much for music(toddlers don't really do well at concerts, I'm sure), but I'm proud to be born back when they still made cars out of steel(for the most part) and the only portable phones were massive.  Even if my generation wouldn't know hard work if it beat them over the head with a shovel...

I liked music when I was a kid in the 80's.  But when I was a teen in the 90's, I liked music, and found people I can relate to about it.  But the 70's (the skipping-the-decade thing) is just a recycling trend?

Huh? are you doing the 80's song of the day now?  I announced last week i was starting it back up again.

I'm doing any decade, actually.  But oops, I didn't get that announcement.   Sowwie.  I'll avoid the 80's then.   I'm just doing "The Song of the Day", that's why I put (80's) in the subject line.  

Hey, the more the merrier.  There is no such thing as too much '80's!

Yay, Roxette!  I have always loved these guys.  You know, childhood staple and all that.

Believe it or not, this was the only song I knew from them, until I looked them up in YouTube.  lol  I recognized many of their other stuff.

Eep!  I think The Look was my favorite song by them for a long time - it's certainly the one I remember most clearly from my youth.

I'm ought to look that up.  I hope it's either in imeem or youtube. heh
