That would've been so cool!  We all still live pretty far from the festival, it's like an hour and a half of a drive + traffic.

I live in Canada, about four hours north of Toronto, that would be like a two day trip for me, lol.

Yeah, we were celebrating lots of things.  Cynthia and I did not put on costumes yesterday...  hehe, this time, we wanted to go comfortable.

The next time I wear a costume, will be on the next Anime convention that I go to.

Summers here are terrible, especially the humidity, which we get all year round anyway.

We'll probably move to Long Beach someday, if anything. My girlfriend said that it can get hot there, but not as humid as here.

I think you will love the weather in Long Beach.  Yes, no humidity.  Gentle winters...rain for a couple of months in the winter - but that's all.

Exactly!  But that's not it.  My girlfriend's been coming over after school.  And now that she's done with school for this semester, she'll be spending as much time as she can before she goes to California.
Having that said, that's who I've been spending time with... me and her, playing with my toys.   heheh
