You've sold me. I want to watch it. You're review was fun! The last sentence is gushing and great.
It's certainly not a fast-moving movie (until the last 15 minutes). We're you really tired at the time or did the movie suck all the energy out of you?
Maybe a combination of both, but mostly the movie sucking the energy out of me. Although my husband finished the movie and also said it was very good.
I thought it was a fantastic movie (and even more thrilling as I sneaked into it after Cloverfield - overall a great movie night).
You dirty little movie-sneaker-intoer person.
That's a great night of movies. I really liked "Cloverfield", too. I think I blogged about that when I saw it, too. I can't remember. I'd forget what I blogged about this morning if people weren't commenting on it.

First and only time I've ever done that, I swear!
It was a great night of movies. I'm pretty sure I watched others that weekend, but I'd have to look it up because like you (apparently), I can't remember stuff unless it's written down.

Had to check your blog date as this movie was released in Oct. 07, but I agree it is a well made movie. Oh, that's Sydney Pollack (the accomplished movie director) as Marty.
It premiered on HBO on Saturday night, so that was my first real opportunity to see it. I don't see as many movies in the theaters any more.
