You can watch Loose Change here if you haven't seen it. It is probably the most famous doumentary about the 9/11 attacks. Here is the link: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1519312457137943386

Thanks very much.

I have seen a few videos similar to loose change but that was brilliant!

If you see any more, please be sure to let me know!

You might be interested in this film by Alex Jones called Terrorstorm. It focuses on other attacks in history that were staged events. It doesn't talk about 9/11 as much but it does focus on the London bombings. Here is the link: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5948263607579389947&q=terrorstorm

Re: C-SPAN is Airing 9/11 Truth Symposium
You know, first off, I trust Bush. I support the war. I see little reason to distrust what I've heard about it so far, but what you've opened my eyes to is the possibility of something diabolical in the works. I

still think that "truth" seakers are usually paranoid and often have an undieing agenda. But there's the nagging "what if" in my mind. It's conceivable that the rock in my shoe, the one that naggs me to find out if what I beleive is the truth or not, is a justified worry.

I know the government isn't telling us everything. They never do. But I trust their judgement to determine which, among all the facts, are the ones that will do more harm if known. And I will continue to trust their judgement...but I will also keep a vigil.

If my research, inspired by you, leads me to beleive, as you do, that there is some kind of plot behind this tradgedy, I will certainly be willing to question further, and even fight against the political side that I have supported thus far.

I cannot help but recall the hollocaust. What evidence more need we of the power of ignorance, of a blind trust in political leaders. Innocent until proven guilty I think, but you have inspired me to at least look into it. I promised myself that I would not be the follower that turned a blind eye.

Though this "truth symposium" is a tad too liberal to stomach, take comfort that you've aroused an interest. I'm willing to be the loyal opposition.

Thanks,
Blackbelt Dolphin

Re: C-SPAN is Airing 9/11 Truth Symposium
Thanks for your reply and for your interest. I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Let me start by telling you that this is not a partisan issue at all. It may be true that people who are opposed to the president will be more willing to see the "truth". What is the truth? I cannot say. I don't have all of the answers and that is why a new investigation is needed. However, I can say what did not happen. The speakers at the symposium attack the left as well for not speaking out about these issues. Like I said, it is not a partisan issue. It is an issue for all people who want to know the truth. I am sure that you must have heard some stories about Clinton having opportunities to capture OBL. Why didn't he take the offer? OBL was still needed to play a part. No party is innocent. In fact, I belong to a local democrat internet group. I post mesages about this and get absolutely no response. Why are they afraid to at least look? If the theories are so crazy or stupid then they should be easy to refute. I admit that some theories are "out there", like the theory that no planes hit the towers. That is absurd. The fact is that you can find problems with the official story without even discussing the towers or the Pentagon. Why hasn't the government released all of the videos of the Pentagon crash? They claim national security. If the Pentagon can easily be attacked then what kind of security are they claiming? You don't have to answer, I am just throwing stuff out there. Do your own research. This is not something that can be forced on someone. People have to see it for themselves just as I did. I didn't believe in the conspiracy the first time heard it. It seems ridiculous. No one would want to believe that our own government would be complicit in something like this. No matter how much someone dislikes Bush.  Their are plenty of reasons to dislike the current administration. I won't get into all of them now. Just notice that everytime someone questions one of their loony or unconstitutional policies they scream, "9/11 changed everything." That is their wall of protection. It is now beginning to crumble. Let me know if I can help you in any way. I will be glad to answer any questions if I can.

Re: C-SPAN is Airing 9/11 Truth Symposium
But nobody is doing anything contrary to their own interpretation of the constitution. I think that so long as freaks are willing to drive planes into civilian buildings, the American people have to be willing to give up a little ounce of freedom and/or privacy for the sake of safety. But I'll agree freely that it's a slippery slope, and it's good there are people, like yourself, willing to keep legislation in check.

I'm sure people were feeling the same way about fourty years ago. The government always classifies something for the sake of security. The public just needs to be patient. Because you have to admit that if everybody knew everthing about a news-event like 911, roswell, the haulocaust, whatever, then nobody would be truly safe. It's like K says on the original MIB: A person is smart, people are dumb, panicky, and you know it.

And I kind of equate Clinton not capturing Bin Laden to the US alying with the Soviets in WWII. In hindsight, we see it as a mistake. Stalin turned around and became an enemy not ten years postwar. Most historians would look back and say that it probably was not a good idea to allign ourselves with a maniac dictator. But at the time, nobody could see the enemy that Stalin would turn into. The whole "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" attitude got us into trouble with the Soviets, in Iraq, and with Bin Laden (he fought the soviets. He was our best friend at one time). Was it a mistake that Clinton shouldn't have made? Yes. But is it completely understandable: Absolutely. Nobody could have forseen Bin Laden turning his terror to the US. His enemies were the Commies and the Jews. Nobody could comprehend his level of fundamentalism. Too bad aint it?

Re: C-SPAN is Airing 9/11 Truth Symposium
I don't think the Clinton thing was a mistake. I think it was intentional. Bin Laden was already wanted for crimes against Americans. He should have been snatched up in a heartbeat. Why let him go? Look at the FBI's most wanted list. 9/11 is not even listed as one Bin Laden's crimes, it's all older stuff. It was noticed a while back and someone finally got in touch with the FBI and asked them about it. The FBI stated that they had no hard evidence linking OBL to the attacks of 9/11. Don't you think that is strange? As far as th MIB thing goes, it's true that people are dumb or we wouldn't be where we are right now. However, the government is supposed to work for the people, not for themselves. All of the information belongs to th people. We let this happen and we are our own worst enemies.

Re: C-SPAN is Airing 9/11 Truth Symposium
No I agree with you, it was probably rather intentional. Clinton was a turd, but I don't think he would have made the same decision if he could do it over again.

The FBI is not the CIA, and it's the CIA's information that I trust. I've seen the way the FBI handles information, and I think there needs to be some major upgrading.

It was news to me that Bin Laden was the public enemy before 9-11. But I know that he was our Ally in my lifetime. I think we should have gone after him for using terrorist tactics in the first place, reguardless of how politically convinient his actions were.

The Government works for the people, and the decision on what to classify and what not to classify is motivated by the welfare of society, according to an administrative decision. I trust the current administration to make that decision, until I find reason not to.

Let's face it, there will always be classified information, no matter if it's a Republican in the hot seat, or a Democrat. A liberal might release everything, but they're dumb. There I said it. You now have permission to throw things at me.
